The EGR Operator Awards are well underway and it’s officially the month where all of this fully comes into play. We have had a lot of fantastic news in regards to the EGR Operator Awards where some of our top rated casino operators have been shortlisted in many different categories. It’s all just as well though considering how much work and effort our wonderful casino operators put into their casino platform to make them fun, exciting and most importantly, user friendly. Who wouldn’t want to keep us players friendly!? We can be a tough crowd to please, but it’s definitely worth it considering how much time we spend on online casinos and casino games
If you can rewind and put your thinking cap on you will recall that a few months ago we were celebrating once again with the fact that some of our favourite casino games providers won awards in the EGR B2B awards ceremony. Specifically it was Yggdrasil which won the slot provider of the year, and another one of our favourites NetEnt also managed to bag themselves a few rewards. Some of the titles that they won were: Mobile supplier of the year, RNG casino supplier of the year, and Innovation in RNG casino software. It wasn’t really a total surprise that NetEnt went away with all of these because as we all know they are one of the leading casino games providers out there. The EGR B2B awards took place at the Hurlingham club in London on the 6th of June, and now we are here again dusting off our penguin suits and dresses for the EGR Operator Awards ceremony.
Unlike the EGR B2B awards though, this event will take place at the Grosvenor House in London on the 26th of October of this year. It’s really not that far away considering the fact that we are already in October (where does the time fly), it’s crazy to think that more than half of 2017 has passed us by already. Anyway, we are popping the champagne once again for the EGR Operator Awards and rooting for our top notch casino operators. We can indeed list many of them just off the top of our heads, it’s not hard to, but the hard part is for these operators to get nominated for certain awards, let alone shortlisted. The casino operators that have already been shortlisted and have already made it into this section could definitely use a standing ovation!
There are so many various different elements that go into creating a working, popular, and user friendly casino. These are the elements that get noticed by the board of judges, and these are the elements of creating a great casino. The EGR Operator Awards are made up of and judged using a number of factors such as easy cash payouts, easy withdrawals, user friendly and even layout of course. Everything in regards to the layout, the mechanics, and the colour scheme is considered when the judges decide. These are just some of the many, many elements in deciding what makes an outstanding online casino operator worthy of winning an EGR Operator Award.
So far, we have had some information in which operators have already been shortlisted and nominated for these prestigious awards. The casino operators which have been shortlisted thus far contain a few of our well known and top casino sites such as Casumo, LeoVegas, and Mr Green. As you can see there are many, many casinos taking part and all of them have a chance in winning. The various different categories allow our casino operators to win awards in what they shine brightest in, for example their slot games, or their mobile app. The EGR Operator Awards consist of these elements, and there is also a ‘Game of the Year Award’ category which recognises the game studio or operator which has produced the most astonishing and exciting slot games
making the greatest impact in the casino world for 2017. In order to actually vote for the Game of the Year category you would need to be shortlisted for one of the operator awards, so even though we cannot vote, we still have the pleasure of keeping up to date with who is winning!
