Review of European Roulette

This is one of the most popular and most sought after online casino games and NetEnt has stolen the show with their version of European Roulette. It is not just a game because as soon as you enter this posh looking table game you are presented with some jazzy sounding music and a shiny roulette wheel.

Roulette is a game known throughout the whole world, and it’s known for being a game of pure luck because of the wheel and the ball. NetEnt’s European Roulette features 37 slots which are numbered from 0-36, and the object of the game is to pretty much just guess where the ball will end up. You place your bets on the table in front of you which consists of the numbers and colours. Easy as pie, but definitely jam-packed full of online casino fun!

Betting Strategies

There are some different types of betting styles which you can utilise in this game and they will help you out in the long run.

  • Straight this is when a bet is placed on one single number on the table.
  • Splitthis is when a ‘split bet’ is placed on two numbers which are joined either side, so basically you will place your chip on the line between the two numbers that you wish to bet on.
  • Three Line (street), a three line bet is a bet that you place on a row of three numbers, hence the name.

In order to make this bet you will need to place a chip on the line at the beginning of one of the 12 rows, however you can also do this another way by making a three line bet on 0,1,2, or 0,2,3 by placing the chip on the corner of these three numbers. The fourth type of bet is the Corner, as the name would state, to make a corner bet you will need to place the chip on the corner of 4 numbers of your choice. And lastly, the Six Line inside bet is when you bet on 6 numbers in the game, specifically 2 rows of 3 numbers without including the 0. You must place the chip on the beginning of the line which separates the two rows.

Other Bets in European Roulette

Along with Inside bets, there are many other types of bets that you can place in NetEnt’s European Roulette, some of which include Outside Bets which are placed on the table in the areas which represent a group of numbers. Call Bets which basically mean you are placing one or more Inside Bets on a series of numbers as they appear on the Roulette Wheel. Then we have Finale Cheval/Plein which is a split bet on two numbers on your table, along with additional numbers which end with those specific two numbers.

Lastly, Special Bets. Special Bets are a subcategory of Call Bets, and these can be made by placing your chips directly on the name of the bet in the Special Bets Menu which you will find in the ‘Favourite Bets’ tab in your game. NetEnt’s European Roulette is a very fun way of playing table games, and is simple enough for you to get to grips with, after a while it’s most likely you will want to give the live casino games a try because trust us, they are just as addictive!
