Casino games provider Microgaming is listed in the 'Top 10 coolest offices of 2017'!

If you wake up every morning dreading going to work, whether it’s the thought of spending 8 hours a day doing what you do, or whether it’s the actual office itself in which you dread, it seems as though Microgaming employees will never have this dreaded feeling because their brand new office Sixty Two has just been listed in the top 10 coolest offices 2017. This could be expected considering how modern and cutting edge their new premises is.

When Sixty Two was finally showcased and opened at the end of July, we were all eagerly waiting to have a good old glimpse inside of the office to see what sort of interior design and modern decor they had going on.

The office that has it all

Microgaming’s Sixty Two office took over two years to construct and is located in the Isle of Man in the UK on Circular Road. Pretty cool name of a road too if you ask me! There is over 120 employees at this office and it must be a wonderful feeling going to work everyday picking up a Microgaming special blended coffee, and perhaps going over to the gym for a little morning workout. I think that the way an office is built and laid out interior-wise is super important in order for employees to have a healthy relationship with their work.

I think we can all put our hands up in having experienced for once in our lives working in a drab and dated office

It’s not very productive and it’s definitely not healthy, but if you work somewhere where there’s a ping pong table, a dart room, a library and other little bonuses, it will prove to make your work a lot more enjoyable and productive. I suppose we can expect to have even more fantastic casino games from them for the years to come.

The results of lot of time and effort

Within Sixty Two, the Microgaming employees can enjoy time away from their desks by playing a little ping pong, testing their luck on the poker table, reading a book in the library or even working out in the gym. There is also plenty of areas to get a little bit of fresh air and put their feet up for a while.

Having earned a place in the top 10 coolest offices for 2017 must feel amazing for Microgaming, the CFO John Coleman said:

“To feature in the list of the top 10 coolest offices of 2017 standing alongside some of the biggest consumer brands in the UK, is a fantastic achievement. A lot of time and effort went into designing and creating a building that was only fit-for-purpose from a business perspective, but allows employees to thrive and feel empowered. I am very proud of what we have created.”
