Have you been watching the NetEnt web series, The Challenge?

Have any of you by any chance been watching the online series by NetEnt? I mentioned it in a news article a few weeks ago that they had come out with a brilliant idea of creating a web series, not only about what NetEnt does, and who they are, but an actual adventure-journey style series. They are not just brilliant casino slots creaters, but they are also extremely gifted in other ways too. There were 4 lucky NetEnt employees who were chosen to go on The Challenge.

This is the name of the series, and it is extremely suiting as it is most definitely a heck of a challenge I assure you. These guys have no prior experience of hiking, especially in the Alps, however they receive special preparation training beforehand of course. We are lucky enough to get a real insight into all of it because of their web series which is fantastic.

The hike of a lifetime

The NetEnt crew have to climb the highest mountain in the Alps, and these 4 employees have all of the support and cheering on from all the other NetEnter’s so in a way. They are still with them in spirit as they begin this journey. So far, there have been ups and downs, but it’s really great being about to get a glimpse on the inside. I think that from the episodes I have seen so far, NetEnt is doing a very good job and it’s hard for me to stop watching.

So far there have been 5 episodes, In the first episode, the presenter basically surprised 2 of the employees by telling them they had gotten through and are officially part of The Challenge. The way she did it was rather funny because they had no idea that they had gotten through and she was ‘having them on’ if you will. (You must watch it to see what I mean). In the second episode, the presenter surprised the last 2 employees who would be in the team of 4 for The Challenge, it was a very exciting episode to find out who would get in!

On episode 3 things started to heat up as the training began

The team started to realize just how difficult this was all going to be. However you’ll see just how important teamwork is in this episode. As we got into episode 4 the innovation week started, this is a tradition at NetEnt which includes a lot of team building, inspiring talks, creative workshops and lots of fun activities. I think this is a great idea to implement in any company.

Episode 5 is the last so far, it’s the day that the NetEnt team have been preparing for, it’s finally time for them to take off and get to the Alps. The true test in this episode is if they feel as though they are fully prepared, this is another very exciting episode and definitely worth a watch.
