The second casino themed movie that was an absolute hit at the box office is Casino Royale. If you are already a fan of James Bond then this won’t come as news to you, but casino royale is one of the best movies to have ever hit the big screen. Secret Agent James Bond is on his very first mission as 007, and he must win at a very high stakes game of poker at the luxurious Casino Royale in Montenegro, however as with any good action movie things can get ugly...very fast! It’s a good thing this agent has a good set of skills because he definitely needs them. This is a movie you will not want to miss out on, especially if you love a little action and are a big James Bond film, we definitely recommend!

Next up is an absolute gem of a movie and it is called The Gambler featuring Mark Wahlberg which was released back in 2014. Mark is an extremely talented actor which makes this one all the more exciting. Isn’t this a fact that we can all agree on? When you come across a movie which has a very famous actor as the lead role it makes you want to watch it even more? Well, that’s what we think anyway. Mark Wahlberg plays a literature professor in The Gambler, however it leads him to a very secretive life of a high-stakes gambler which then leads him to some dark places where he has to borrow money from a gangster and try to keep one step ahead!

This is a very real movie for many people who find themselves in that dark hole of when gambling can get out of hand and they try to earn well-needed money when they are desperate.
