The Grand Ivy Casino

Grand Ivy is designed to replicate the luxurious experience of stepping into a glamorous casino attached to a five-star hotel. That is evident in the branding, the range of games aimed at high rollers and the loyalty programme. Yet there is something for everyone at Grandy Ivy, which also appeals to casual players with great bonuses, a slick user experience and low limit bets.

The site has racked up legions of loyal customers since it arrived on the scene in 2016. It is owned by the Malta-based provider White Hat Gaming. The customer service is superb, the bonuses and loyalty promotions provide added value and the overall user experience is of a very high quality.

It is fully licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and the Malta Gaming Authority, and is features rock solid safety and security measures.

New customers receive 500 loyalty points after their first deposit at Grand Ivy. You then earn extra points as you play, and you will receive £5 in bonus funds, subject to 10x wagering, for every 1,000 points you accumulate.

The loyalty programme has no named VIP tiers.

Grand Ivy customers benefit from an outstanding selection of casino games. You can choose from a huge library of slots within a lobby of around 3,300 games, so you are bound to find plenty that appeal to your tastes. Some online casinos only feature 100 slots, so the level of choice on offer at Grand Ivy is astonishing. However, it never feels overwhelming, as the site is laid out in a neat, intuitive and accessible fashion.

Dozens of software providers are represented, from giants like NetEnt, Microgaming, Quickspin and Red Tiger to small, niche studios making a name for themselves with quirky new games. Enduring classics like Starburst and Twin Spin sit alongside newer titles such as Shaman’s Dream 2, Path of Destiny and Rise of Athena

Roulette fans have a choice of variants, including Double Ball Roulette, Classic Auto Roulette, Lightning Roulette and Reely Roulette. There are also plenty of blackjack games on offer, plus a small poker category of four games, baccarat and several other table games.

Live dealer games come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and On Air Entertainment. The live casino includes Mega Ball, Crazy Time, Deal or No deal, Monopoly and Super Sic Bo alongside more traditional games. The live casino worked very well when we tested it out, with a strong connection, no lag times and very slick and professional dealers.

The Grandy Ivy takes its design cues from opulent five-star hotels. Graphics of dealers in lavish settings greet you when you land on the homepage. The white on black and grey colour scheme is modern and attractive, with the odd flourish of gold brightening things up.

A neat menu to the left of the homepage directs you towards new games, popular games, slots, live dealer, table games, blackjack, roulette, poker, scratch and fun, and providers. A large number of software studios are featured on the site, and they are listed in descending order based on the number of games they have provided, with NetEnt naturally at the top.

The navigation system is simple, intuitive and consistent on every page, making the user experience very impressive at Grand Ivy. There are around 3,300 games in total, but you can find what you are looking for quickly and with minimal fuss. There are lots of useful menu sections, and the search function is impeccable.

The registration process is quick, but secure, and the cashier is also very easy to use. Grand Ivy provides a great deal of information about each game too, although RTP is not shown on the game tiles.

The customer service is always immaculate at online casinos run by White Hat Gaming. You can contact support staff 24/7 through the live chat function, which is really simple to use. A representative should be able to provide you with thorough, helpful answers within a couple of minutes.

The representatives we spoke to were courteous, proficient and clearly experienced when we tested out the live chat for this Grand Ivy Casino review. We received rapid answers, so we can highly recommend the live chat service, but email works well for less urgent requests.
